IMPORTANT INSURANCE INFORMATION:

Vagabond Adventures disclaims all liability for injuries or damage to items that occur during lessons. Our customers are not covered by any insurance and are highly encouraged to purchase their own travel insurance such as World Nomads or ensure that their current health insurance covers skiing and snowboarding in Georgia.

PAYMENT POLICY:

  • Full payment for ski lessons must be made online by card at the time of booking. 
  • Trip packages must be paid with a 30% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining 70% one month before the start date

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

We require a copy of the ID of everybody participating in ski lessons or adventure programs. An agreement/liability waiver form must be signed for each booking. Personal information will always be kept confidential and will be deleted after 3 years. 

PHOTOS:

We may use photos from any ski lessons or adventure programs for marketing purposes. We will refrain from taking photos on request. 

 

SKI/SNOWBOARD LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY:

Over 2 weeks before start of first lesson in booking: 80% refund or free date change

From 48 hours to 2 weeks before start of first lesson in booking: 50% refund or 80% credit towards date change

Less than 48 hours before start of first lesson in booking: no refund

Taxes & service fees are non-refundable.

In case of cancellation due to ski piste closure, you will be offered the option to reschedule for any available future date. The ski pistes close on rare occasions when inclement weather conditions or lack of snow make skiing dangerous or impossible. All lessons that are postponed or cancelled due to weather conditions or insufficient snow conditions are NON-REFUNDABLE and may be re-scheduled for a later time in the current season or the value used as a credit for the following season.

Any lesson(s) missed are considered complete. Refunds are not available for weather, illness or missed days. We recommend to confirm that your travel insurance policy covers non-refundable circumstances out of your control.

 GROUP LESSONS:

If minimum group size is not reached, you will be given the option of a full refund or to switch to a private lesson of equal value. Please be aware that groups must always progress at the same pace; it is only possible to cater to everybody’s specific needs in private individual lessons.
 
 

TRIP PACKAGE CANCELLATION POLICY:

Trip Packages are non-refundable. Cancellation results in loss of all money paid so far. See Trip Agreement form for more details.
