Who we are
This site is run by Vagabond Adventures LLC, a guided ski trip company in Gudauri, Georgia. You can reach us at trips@vagabondadventures.ge or on WhatsApp at +995 593 53 90 04.
What the booking form collects
When you send an inquiry, we collect:
- The trip you chose, your dates (or week), and your group size
- Any extras you picked, such as a private snowcat, avy gear rental or a single supplement
- Your first and last name, email address, phone number and the country of that number
- Anything you type in the notes box
- The page of this site you sent the inquiry from
We use this to answer your inquiry and, if you book, to run your trip.
Where it goes
Your inquiry becomes one email. It goes to you, with a copy to trips@vagabondadventures.ge, and the Vagabond team reads it there. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing lists.
If that email cannot be sent, the inquiry is kept in our hosting service's error log so it is not lost, and we contact you from there.
After you send, a summary stays in your own browser until you close the tab, so the thanks page can show it. It is not sent anywhere else.
Services that handle it
- Cloudflare hosts this site and runs Turnstile, the check that tells people from spam bots when you send the form. Turnstile sees your IP address to do that.
- Resend sends the inquiry email.
- Google Workspace provides the trips@vagabondadventures.ge mailbox where we read and answer it.
- YouTube (Google) plays the trip videos on our Goderdzi, Svaneti and Ultimate Ski Safari pages. The player loads when you scroll to a video, even if you have not pressed play, and YouTube may set its own cookies and receive your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.
Visit counts
To count visits and see which pages are read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies or other storage in your browser, and it does not build a profile of you. We do not use Google Analytics or any ad tags. The only cookies on this site come from the YouTube player described above, and only on the three pages with trip videos.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to answer your inquiry, run your trip and keep our records. After that we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email trips@vagabondadventures.ge and we will do it.
